Shipping Schedule

Orders requiring wet or dry ice are delivered via overnight service. You may select second-day or ground service if your order only contains ambient temperature items. Overnight orders are shipped according to the following schedule:

  • Korea orders received by 1:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, will be shipped that same day for next-day delivery.
  • Orders received after 1:00 pm CST Thursday and on Friday will be shipped for Monday delivery.

  • We do not ship on the Korea holidays
