Abstract

This Application Note describes a protocol for measuring CTLA-4 blockade response using the CTLA-4 Blockade Bioassay and the GloMax® Discover multimode plate reader. We also present results showing the sensitivity and reliability of the GloMax® Discover compared to other plate readers.
