The Apo-ONE™ Homogeneous Caspase-3/7 Assay features high sensitivity, versatility, and minimal reagent preparation time. The system's inherent flexibility works in a broad range of assay volumes and is readily automated on the Beckman Biomek® 2000 for high-throughput caspase detection. The Apo-ONE™ Assay provides reagents optimized for the detection of apoptosis in both cell-based and purified-enzyme systems. Here we describe the use of Apo-ONE™ Homogeneous Caspase-3/7 Assay in 96 and 384 well plate formats for screening potential therapeutic agents that induce apoptosis.
