The human cytochrome P450 enzymes CYP2C19 and CYP2D6 contribute
substantially to the metabolism of therapeutic drugs. The P450-Glo® Assays for
these enzymes enable researchers to assay activity and screen for P450
inhibition using a bioluminescent assay that minimizes background noise and is
amenable to high-throughput applications.
