The CellTiter-Glo® Luminescent Cell Viability Assay (Cat.# G7570, G7571, G7572, G7573) is highly sensitive method for assaying cell proliferation and cytotoxicity. The assay uses the luciferase reaction to measure ATP, a global indicator of cellular metabolism.
